EFT Tapping

The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an intervention that draws on various theories of alternative and Eastern medicine practices.

Similar to acupuncture, tapping involves releasing negative energy from various meridian points in the body to restore balance and wellbeing.

The below diagrams show the various tapping points.

With your fingertips, gently tap on the various meridian points to release tension & stored negative energy.

Try pairing the tapping with positive affirmations, such as, “I am calm and relaxed," or follow the below guided meditation to use tapping to lower the distress level on an experience or belief system you are struggling with.
