How do you know if you need better boundaries?

Answer these questions..

Do you frequently look to others to make choices and decisions on your behalf?

Do you frequently feel disrespected, put down, or taken advantage of in your encounters and relationships?

Do you find it difficult to set limits or enforce rules with other people in your life?

Is it hard for you to say no?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you need better boundaries and this training will help you develop the skills you need to create them.

How others treat you is determined in part by your boundaries. If you have boundaries that are very healthy, well established, and clearly defined, others tend to treat you with more respect. Your stress level decreases, you stop dreading encounters with others, and you find yourself feeling energized rather than drained at the end of the day.

Are you ready? Start setting limits so that you can:

  • âś“ Gain the respect you deserve
  • âś“ Get that job you've been dreaming of
  • âś“ Stop allowing family members to walk all over you
  • âś“ Respectfully handle tough situations and stop avoiding conflict
