Why I Created This
In my work as a therapist, I see it all the time β clients who are anxious, wound up, and genuinely struggling to regulate their nervous systems. We talk about breathing techniques in sessions, I teach them grounding tools to use at home, and thenβ¦ life gets in the way. It's hard to remember to reach for these tools in the middle of chaos, or in those long stretches between appointments.
That's exactly why I created this series β so that you can follow along at home and start weaving these simple, effective tools into your everyday life. You don't need to be in therapy to benefit. You just need a few quiet minutes and a willingness to show up for yourself.
