Perinatal Support

While I can only provide therapy to those who are local to me, I am passionate about spreading awareness regarding the various struggles that can occur during pregnancy and postpartum and I love teaching tools to help families better navigate this period. 

Through Empowering Mindful Moms, my postpartum support community, I offer workshops and a coaching platform where I'm able to connect moms to various resources so they can be and feel their best.
