Hi! I'm Megan

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician, passionate about helping moms adjust to life with a new baby. Whether this is your first baby or you've done this a time or two, you deserve a community of women to support you in navigating the good times and the bad in this blessing/challenge (depending on the day!) of being a mom.

Private Facebook Community

A place to connect, ask questions, and get daily support from me and other moms who can relate to what you’re going through. You can be as active as you'd like in terms of posting questions, seeking advice, and offering support to one another. At the very least, you'll have a chance to get some adult interaction, something you may seriously be lacking these days. 

Group Calls Every-Other-Week

Calls will be held every-other-week via Zoom (virtually) and will include time to chat about mom struggles and mom wins. I love teaching ways to manage stress & anxiety, build confidence as a mom, maintain boundaries in your relationships, become more assertive (be a mama bear without making enemies!), and practice better self-care--something most mamas put on the back-burner. I'm excited to hear what support you need and share tools with you that will help you enjoy motherhood more and give you a sense of empowerment so you stop feeling drained at the end of every day.


Access to Training, Tips, Tools, & More in Membership Platform

I love collecting and sharing useful information, handouts, and tools to help you live your best life. Upon registration, you'll have access to a membership platform where you can check out various resources at your leisure.

Included are trainings and workbooks from my "Become Your Best Self" workshops (tailored to moms!) that will give you the tools to create more balance in your life and navigate parenting with more grace.

In the "chats with experts" section you will find interviews with some of my colleagues and favorite experts on all things new mom/baby related (lactation consultant, nurse practitioner, pelvic floor PT, sleep specialist, etc.).

You can also find articles and information on things like baby sleep tips,  book recommendations, mindfulness tools, guided meditations, and some of my favorite product recommendations. Looking for something not already posted? Just ask in the Facebook group and we will help get you pointed in the right direction.

I love networking with other women and am part of a collaboration of other business owners who are passionate about providing support to moms. Whether you have a colicky baby, feel like your insides are falling out after giving birth, want to know which of the 500 carseat options to choose, need to schedule those adorable newborn photos, or are looking for a local place where you can find other friendly moms, I want to help you get connected to people who can easily get you the right information and provide valuable resources so you don't have to waste your precious time surfing the net for help. I maintain a network of other professionals who can help with some of the specific challenges you may be facing, such as feeding difficulties, sleep struggles, physical discomfort, or decisions regarding going back to work. I want to get you connected and help you build a tribe of support. 

You’re so much more than just an exhausted mom.

I want to be there for you during the next few months. I'll teach you tips and tools to maintain a better sense of balance and connect you to a support system that will help you stay afloat rather than feeling like you are drowning. By becoming more mindful of how to best manage this challenging stage, you can learn to thrive, rather than just survive, in this motherhood journey.
